The magnificent Corcovado National Park is located on the Osa Peninsula, on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. An immense plant and animal sanctuary not yet overrun by tourists, it is an essential place to visit and explore.
My suggestion
Spend several days staying over on the Osa Peninsula to take full advantage of what the park has to offer, and don't forget your binoculars.

If you're not a particular fan of nature and wild animals, give it a miss. It's a good idea to explore the park with a guide and to make sure you are well protected against mosquitoes and other insects.

Make sure you take your camera at all costs, and binoculars will prove more than useful. But above all, keep your eyes wide open!
