We loved the snorkeling and hiking trip to Plaza Sur Island. We also really enjoyed the trip to see the giant tortoises in the highlands. We had a lot of fun swimming and snorkeling on Isabela during our day off.
We spent nearly a month traveling from Queenstown to Auckland, switching from coast to coast. Every accommodation was exceptional and nearly every host enriched our experience by introducing us to friends in the local community, as well as to other guests. We took boat trips, helicopter trips, train rides, explored caves and vineyards, and wandered in lovely cities. We never had a bad meal or met with an unpleasant experience.
