The second Swedish city with its half a million inhabitants, Gothenburg is an adorable port with a more peaceful rhythm than Stockholm.

My suggestion:
For thrill seekers, Gothenburg has one of the most famous amusement parks in the world, Liseberg.
Summary:

Gothenburg is a smaller city with a rather exceptional quality of life: young, dynamic, relaxed and trendy, the city seduced me in many ways, starting with its charming city centre. Turned towards the sea, the port of Gothenburg unveils a majestic centre where buildings, mainly from the 18th century, compete with each other for grandeur. The numerous parks in the city add to the character of the place, whilst its countless art museums (mainly contemporary), show that Gothenburg is a city resolutely turned towards modernity.

In fact, the city is perhaps the epicentre of youth and trendy culture with an incalculable number of cafés, bars and restaurant (including numerous starred spots). The strong student population gives a unique energy to the city whose rivalry with Stockholm is part of its blood, whilst the numerous industries and tertiary activities guarantee a high quality of life. An unmissable stop for a trip to Sweden.
