What to see and do

Vietnam offers great experiences to the curious traveller. Would you be tempted by a pedicab ride in Hanoi? It's the perfect opportunity to see its lakes, old quarter and colonial mansions from a different perspective. Do not forget to stop at the Temple of Literature... You can then make your way to Hue, the imperial capital of Vietnam. Hue is made up of three cities nested one inside the other: the citadel, the royal city, and the Forbidden Purple City, domain of the monarch and his one hundred concubines. Its languid charm always makes an impression... A little further south and still on the coast, Hoi An, the ancient Faifo, was one of the greatest Southeast Asian trading posts in the fifteenth century, bustling with European, Japanese, and Chinese merchants. Its old houses built with the wood of jackfruit trees have opened their doors to visitors... In Ho Chin Min, the blend of temples, colonial architecture, and skyscrapers make a powerful impact. Evaneos Travel's favorite spot: the Cholon district, where crowded streets are lined with countless small shops and pagodas... The trip to Vietnam ends in the south by exploring the Mekong Delta. Can Tho is a great starting point for walks along the majestic river. The floating markets that you see there always leave a lasting impression on the travellers...
