President Enrique Peña Nieto once described his country as 'a mosaic of different realities and beauties' and this could not be more true. Visiting the different states and regions of Mexico is like travelling through separate countries.

Favourites from the agency
  • The archaeological site of Uxmal is one of our favourites of the Mayan ruins. It is peaceful and not widely visited by tourists.
  • The island of Holbox is still relatively untouched by tourism and is one of the most beautiful, authentic and romantic destinations in the country.
  • Cenotes are truly unique to the Yucatán peninsular. Cenotes are natural pools of fresh and crystalline water, created by holes in the soft ground.
  • When visiting Guanajuato you don't need organised activities. You can simply wander through the maze of colourful, vibrant streets lined with stalls!

Our agency offers customers the opportunity to visit many local people in their homes or workshops to eat local food and see how the people make their trade. This gives travellers the opportunity to really experience authentic Mexico while learning about local culture and traditions. We also offer the chance for our travelers to stay in eco-friendly accommodation in some of the more off-the-beaten-track areas of the country such as the Sierra Gorda Nature Reserve and the jungles of Chiapas. Both options provide work and extra income for residents of remote areas of Mexico. See more

Traveling with Evaneos made everything so easy! We loved our trip and it is hard to pinpoint what our best part was. My son loved Teotihuacán the most. I loved Xochimilco and the location of our hotel. We were able to walk right to the Zócalo and enjoy the local sights, shops, and flavors of MX. We felt very safe and recommend it to everyone! Our driver Noe and tour guide Rosario were the best. They took very good care of us and it felt like we had family in Mexico. I truly missed them after spending a week with them! Rosario was very knowledgeable and took time to show us places that we would have never found on our own. Noe was an excellent driver and got us to our destinations quickly and safely. Five stars for the hospitality! Gracias Noe y Elvira!
    Worst parts:
I suppose that there wasn’t enough time to see everything. We wish we had a window to the outside in our hotel.

Jose our tour guide: personable, knowledgeable, flexible. The itinerary was excellently curated. The pace was very good. The driver managed to get through the traffic so we felt safe. He was prompt in getting to meeting points.
    Worst parts:
The traffic. Although some was the result of demonstrations, it would have been nice to have been given a subway map for when we were on our own.i was in México City 35years ago and the traffic has gotten exponentially worse. The metro is great!

The city is vibrant, and really too large to be absorbed in one short visit. The itinerary was excellent :a nice array of museums, fun stuff ( Xochimilco, Ballet Folklorico, ) and archeological sites. The Diego Rivera murals were expertly interpreted by our guide, José. Nice to have evenings to wander.See more

Muchas gracias for leaving us a review about your trip. I’m so glad that you had a great time in Mexico City and that we were able to reschedule your visit to the Palacio for the Folklore Ballet Show! I’ve passed your comments on to your driver and guide, they will also be happy to know that you had a great time with them. It can be difficult to navigate Mexico City and sadly it does seem to be getting worse so having a driver who knows his way around is extremely important! Overall, I’m glad you had a great experience after not visiting Mexico City for 35 years!! For future Mexico trips I will be more than happy to help with your planning. Saludos, HarrietSee more
