Situated in the heart of the Middle Atlas, Lake Aguelmane Sidi Ali is part of the national park of Khénifra and Ifrane

My suggestion:
Go fishing with the locals and enjoy some grilled trout on the banks of the lake.
Summary:

Surrounded by mountains, Lake Aguelmane Sidi Ali covers more than 500 hectares. The lake's surroundings are superb - huge cedar forests, lined up one after the other, at more than 2,000m altitude. Covered in snow from winter until springtime, it's a magnificent setting, lost in the middle of nature.

During my holiday in Morocco, my trip to Lake Aguelmane Sidi Ali provided a complete change of scenery from the rest of the country. Here, you'll wonder if you're in Switzerland rather than Morocco!

The lake is overlooked by Mount Jbel Sidi Ali, which is 2,395m high. Lots of fishermen live around the lake. Indeed, the lake is great for fishing - trout and carp in particular.
