As a result, emerging yourself in local life has lost some of its authenticity as making money has become a primary objective.That said, Marrakech is a must during a trip to Morocco. Its ancient souk is superb and Jema El Fna Square is not to be missed.I recommend you rent a room in a riad on the outskirts of the centre. You'll pay less and avoid the hordes of tourists as well as the touts that plague you as soon as you set foot in town

In Marrakech, on a clear dayyou can see the snowy peaks of the High Atlas Mountains. This city is very close to the mountain chain. It is also a few hours away from the Sahara desert. The third largest city in Morocco it is the hub for many visitors.

The city is vibrant, the gastronomy is superb, the mint tea is refreshing, the market is colourful, the inhabitants are welcoming, in short, I loved it. If I were given the opportunity to go to Marrakech tomorrow, with no hesitation I would jump on a plane!
