Akchour is a small dour in Northern Morocco, in the Talassemtane national park, in the Rif mountains.

My suggestion:
Visit it as part of a trek in the Rif region accompanied by a guide.
Summary:

To reach Akchour, I suggest you leave from Chefchaouen, about 15 km from Akchour. I was able to enjoy a natural site rarely visited by tourists, with its beautiful scenery of gorges, verdant valleys covered in cedars, oaks and firs; a 'Little Switzerland' in the middle of Morocco! On top of that, it's one of the most verdant regions in the country, something you'll be able to take in during your trip to Morocco.

I recommend travelling to Akchour in summer, when the pastoral scenes are at their most striking: the Rif region blooms with thousands of wild flowers, a scene of incredible beauty, bordered by the Kellaâ wadi.

Leaving Akchour, head to the 'bridge of God', a large natural bridge that has formed near the Farda wadi. It's on of the most spectacular and bizarres sights in the Rif region.
