The Rio Pacuare flows for roughly 100 kilometers from Talamanca to Siquirres, passing through tropical jungle along the way. The river is known for its rapids and, as a consequence, the rafting and kayaking that takes place on it.

The Rio Pacuare is very famous in Costa Rica as a place to go rafting and kayaking. The river has something for all tastes and all abilities, whether beginner, experienced or expert, and all in a safe setting.
