Along our journey to Venezuela, we dropped our anchor in the crystalline waters of Turtle Island. Immediately, we set about exploring the island. There are white sand beaches, shells, driftwood, some locals, a wooden hut, and of course turtles where we were swimming.
Muncho is a fisherman who provides sailors with barbecues, benches and chairs. So we caught some nice fish and went back to meet him, accompanied by friends. The atmosphere and a delicious meal are guaranteed, and you'll no doubt end up in the water. We spent several days in this paradise, alternating between snorkelling, fishing, walking on the beach, and relaxing. It was difficult to tear myself away from this haven of peace.
