From the refuge of Toubkal, you can continue towards Lake Ifni on the walking route. Think to take some good walking shoes, the route is very long, almost 6 hours. Set off quite early to be able to return to shelter in the evening. Unless you take some material camping tents with you to spend the night under the stars. But to get to Lake Ifni, you will also be able to set off from Aouluz, a starting point for walks, even more from Talouine which has mountain guides. I would recommend this last option, if only for the view over the valley. The Ifni Lake is set among bare peaks, in a totally mineral environment. It reminded me of a previous stone, half sapphire, half emerald. According to the Sunday fishermen, the lake contains an abundant trout population. From Lake Ifni, you will be able to take the path on the northern bank and therefore set forth toward the Tizi-n-Ouanoums pass, at 3,600 metres of altitude.
