My suggestion
Go there in summer to have a rest from the summer heat. It's a spectacular show. The lush vegetation of thick green leaves surrounds a series of turquoise pools.
The site of the olive tree waterfalls, 'ouzoud' being a word of Berber origin meaning 'olive tree', is a veritable paradise in the middle of nowhere, an oasis of verdure after a long road trip through the desert.
My suggestion
Bring a tent and spend the night under the stars, in a calm, serene environment. If you don't own any camping gear, don't worry; at the site, there's the option to rent small wooden or bamboo cabins, which are perfect for making the most of the place.
