Prince George is a city in British Columbia that is famous for its logging industry. It was also ranked as the "most dangerous city in Canada" in 2011 and 2012.

My suggestion:
Prince George isn't necessarily a major tourist destination when you travel to Canada. If you do stop there, however, don't miss the opportunity to say hello to Mr PG, the city's official mascot!
Summary:

I travelled through Prince George twice during my trips to Canada, and unfortunately I must say that the city didn't leave any particular impression on me.

I do remember the kindness of the manager of the local tourism office, who was delighted to have the opportunity to guide a lost tourist and to talk about the logging industry (which is the main economic activity). I also remember having spent hours walking, in the snow, without having found anything really appealing to do.

During my second trip through the city (in summer) I was lucky enough to encounter more than a few bears around Prince George and to (re)discover a more active city. Nonetheless, there was nothing particularly worth mentioning this time...
