My suggestion
One unforgettable sight was watching the sun go down from the bridge that links the two parts of the city. Dozens of fishermen lined up, rods in hand, silhouetted against the the orange tones of Istanbul's skyline.

My suggestion
For an enchanting and magical experience, go and walk beneath the arches of the Blue Mosque at dusk. As the call to prayer resounds across the whole city, the faithful arrive. It's simply wonderful.
