Yedigöller is a National Park north of Bolu, in the Black Sea region, which extends over 1,600 hectares. Yedigöller means seven lakes. Each lake has its own source of water.
My suggestion:
I advise you to visit Yedigöller during Autumn. It's during this season when the leaves of trees change colour, giving the park all its glory and magnitude.
Summary:
Upon entering the park, you are immersed in a universe which has something magical. Four hours from Istanbul by road, this shaded site welcomes lots of visitors in summer. You can have a picnic next to the large lake, the Büyükgöl. If you wish, you can also spend the night there by bringing your tent or hiring a small chalet, which are located in the forest.
In Yedigöller, I enjoy strolling around discovering magnificent landscapes, lakes, the waterfalls, small birds and trying to catch sigh of some wild animals. Its large trees, with branches so long they go above the lakes, amaze all visitors.
