About 30 kilometers north-west of Antalya, Termessos is one of the best preserved ancient sites in Turkey.

My suggestion:
Termessos' surroundings are part of the magnificent Gullukdagi national park, so why not stay there a little longer to explore the region?
Summary:
Not only is Termessos one of the most beautiful ancient sites in the country, but its setting is quite simply breathtaking, in a luxuriant, mountainous region, which makes the site even more romantic. Unlike other ancient cities in this country, the inhabitants of Termessos weren't Greek but Pisidian.

It's an ancient Greek city, abandoned on a mountain.

My suggestion:
Wear good shoes because you need to climb and the paths are not well-maintained.
Summary:
You have to take two different forms of transport to travel the 30 kilometers to get to Termessos. First of all you get a minibus (dolmus) at the bus station, then a taxi will be waiting for you at the foot of the mountain. This will take you quite a bit closer but you will still have to walk up a few meters to get to the top of the mountain.
