Flower Island is a private and virtually deserted island in northern Palawan.

My suggestion:
If you happen to be in the area and feel like doing something adventurous, give this island a go!
Summary:

Not only is Flower Island a budding Robinson Crusoe's dream, it's also a great place to come for those looking to enjoy some peace and tranquility by themselves.

I think everyone will find something to enjoy about spending one, two or indeed several days completely cut off from the world. With no electricity available for many hours, don't expect to be able to use your mobile to take selfies and send them to your friends to make them jealous.

This is an island for adventurous people who want to spend some time cut off from the rest of the world in a simply wonderful, idyllic setting. You'll be literally at one with the sea on this island, which is owned by a Frenchman who decided to turn his hand to pearl farming. it's definitely somewhere to consider visiting during your trip to the Philippines!

You'll have the chance to sample various types of seafood, experience gorgeous sunsets, and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the, warm sea here, which contain a multitude of fish. It's something we all need to experience at least once in our lifetimes.
