Rinca is a small island situated near Komodo island, where it is also possible to see Komodo Dragons in their natural habitat, as well as boars, buffaloes, etc.

My suggestion:
You must pay a photography tax for every camera used, so why not designate just one member of your group as photographer?
Summary:

I visited Rinca island on the first day of my boat excursion from Labuan Bajo . This was an excellent introduction to the Komodo dragons, since I was lucky enough to see many of all ages and in various places. I also saw reindeer, buffaloes, boars, snakes, various birds, etc. The fauna here is very rich and few tourists come here, which allows you to discover these animals without disturbance.

The island itself is quite austere and hardly attractive, even it is very nice to take a walk in the woods in search of the fauna or to climb on the heights for a pretty viewpoint. Like on Komodo, you will always be accompanied by a guide for safety reasons.
