If we have loved the Island of Gods, the pearl of Indonesia, which has had such great tourist success for many years now, we can't deny that it is suffering for its fame. I visited Rinca island on the first day of my boat excursion from <a href="/indonesia/"> Labuan Bajo </a>. This was an excellent introduction to the Komodo dragons, since I was lucky enough to see many of all ages and in various places. I also saw reindeer, buffaloes, boars, snakes, various birds, etc. The fauna here is very rich and few tourists come here, which allows you to discover these animals without disturbance. The island itself is quite austere and hardly attractive, even it is very nice to take a walk in the woods in search of the fauna or to climb on the heights for a pretty viewpoint. Like on Komodo, you will always be accompanied by a guide for safety reasons.
