Nusa Lembogan: a small paradisiacal island opposite Bali and really congenial, for the real Indonesia .

My suggestion:
Once there, you can hire a moped or a bicycle to ride through the island. Book at least a two-night stay to have the time to enjoy this island, small though it is.
Summary:

Off the beaten track, Nusa Lembongan is a small island still preserved from mass tourism. The island is perfect for resting! Indeed, there are no cars on the island (which gives you a break from Bali!), only mopeds, bicycles and nature!

Another way to get around that is just as nice: mask and snorkel. Indeed, it is possible (and even recommended!) to go snorkelling in search of manta rays. On the west side beaches, you will find boats proposing day or half-day excursions to go and explore Mushroom Bay in search of these impressive fish!

Surf fans will be delighted as well! With spot names like "Lacerations", you quickly understand why some people find these waves exciting... Thrill-seekers take note.

I really appreciated my stay on this island which I highly recommend if you wish to spend a relaxing and genuine week-end.
