A modern stopover point, nicknamed 'The Silicon Valley of India', Bangalore is a clubber's dream.
My suggestion:
Take a stroll through Wilson Garden and join local families for a game of cricket.
Summary:
Bangalore has all the components of a modern city and its one of the few Indian towns with nightclubs that attract as many natives as they do tourists. There's a buzzing electro-funk scene and internationally known groups often play here.
Bangalore is a million miles from traditional, conservative India and its residents are more likely to pull on a pair of jeans or wear a skirt in place of a sari. As the country's technological hub, its young people are connected to the world. Being an informed and educated town, it's a great place if you enjoy serious discussions about India, its system and its politics.
There are, of course, sights to see when you visit Bangalore ; I loved walking through its huge gardens where people play cricket and you can buy candy from street vendors. They are peaceful oases in a dynamic town that never sleeps.

My suggestion:
Don't stick around for too long in Bangalore, unless you're conducting business!
Summary:
I still have very loud and hostile memories from the city of Bangalore during my stay in India. Located in southern India, it's the fifth largest city in the country. The headquarters of many international industries and health care companies are located here.
If you're passing through Bangalore and want a breath of fresh air in the middle of this raging, polluted city, head towards Cubbon Park. You can quietly enjoy some ice cream while watching Indian families fly kites.
For people who want to come work or conduct business in India, this is definitely a good starting place. But I do not recommend the city for travelers who want to see the traditional India! Even though Bangalore is one facet of modern Indian life, for sure.

Bangalore is the high tech city.
My suggestion:
Pay attention to where the rickshaw drivers drop you off. Sometimes it isn't the right place.
Summary:
During my trip to southern India, Bangalore was a little stopover in my stay. I didn't get to see a lot of things in the city because I got sick. For 3 days, I wasn't able to leave my room.
After I got better, I was able to discover another aspect of the city. In fact, beyond its reputation of India's "Silicon Valley," Bangalore is a rather nice city, There are many gardens. Moreover, the botanical garden's hill allows for a nice view of the city. The City Market is a huge market where there are a lot of people mixing with all the colors and smells of Southern India. Bangalore is also the place where I ate the best dosas.
