Spend several days here and stay in accommodation at the lake's edge to really get a feel for the city's unique and captivating atmosphere.
At 400km from Jaipur, Udaipur, the 'White City', is undoubtedly the most beautiful of Rajasthan's towns and one of the most admired in India.

The Mewar Festival, held in March or April, is one of the biggest and prettiest in Rajasthan.
