La Aguadita thermal waters, or La Aguada de los Chanampas, are situated about 15 km north of Tinogasta in the province of Catamarca.

My suggestion:
La Aguadita's waters are famous for helping with rheumatism, arthritis or skin problems.
Summary:

At the foot of Cerro Negro de Rodriguez, only a few kilometres from Tinogasta, are the thermal springs of La Aguadita. The water in the three natural pools can get up to 35°C. The waters contain numerous minerals and are recommended for people with joint and skin problems. In the olden days Tinogasta's Indians used the waters to cure themselves. It was also a sacred place.

I had the opportunity to explore La Aguadita spa during a trip round Catamarca. After travelling by car for miles it was a real pleasure to stop and dive into La Aguadita's warm water. Unfortunately, the place is not very well looked after and it's a bit old fashioned but that's no reason to deprive yourself of this pleasure during a trip to Argentina.
