We were pleasantly surprised by the natural beauty of South Corea. The country was basically not on our bucket list, but we had wanted to go to Wladiwostok by Transsiberian Railway and then on to Donghae by ferry. Communication was often difficult because we met very few people who spoke English, not even the receptionists at the hotels. But with the help of Google Translate and sign language, it worked. People were very helpful.
The best parts:
The tour was well organized, most of the hotels were good.
The worst parts:
Car return in Gwangju: There was nobody at the office, which was on the 3rd floor of the building and there was absolutely no place to park the car.

Though we visited a lot of cities and places in 15 days, for some reason all the tour guides managed everything in such smooth way that we were never in a hurry and could visit all the places in a very relaxing way. Besides it was amazing how caring the all were with our 6 year old kid. Very impressive. We felt relaxed and could really enjoyed the trip without any worry about almost anything.
The best parts:
Professionality of the tour guides and their wiliness to share information and experience. Flora (travel agent) were always there for everything as well.
The worst parts:
Nothing. Everything was perfect and actually exceed our expectations

We really enjoyed seeing the palaces, the changing of the guard and the temple in Seoul. The DMZ and the Third Infiltration Tunnel were interesting. the Fish Market in Busan and the APEC were very impressive. Riding the KTX to Gyeongiu and then from Busan to Seoul was very nice and gave us a chance to see the countryside. On our last day we took a trip on our own to Nami Island and Petite France and throughly enjoyed that as well navigating the Metro through Seoul to Yongsan Station and taking the ITX train to Gapyeon and then a bus and finally a ferry to Nami Island. If it would have been a little warmer we would have taken the Zip Line.
The best parts:
Our trip to Korea was very nice! The hotels were first rate, the tours were exactly what we wanted and expected to see and the tour guides were friendly and informative. All the travel arrangements were great in getting us everywhere that we needed to be on time and in a timely fashion.
The worst parts:
Not a single thing. Everything was wonderful.

As said above, we loved our tour guide, Kevin. Flora, who helped in the planning was very helpful and prompt in replying. We loved Seoul!
The best parts:
The best thing was our tour guide, Kevin, He made every moment and explanation enjoyable. I had a knee problem and pull my wheelchair under 38 degrees of hot scorching weather. In addition, we loved the Sky Tower and Nami Island most of all.
The worst parts:
Nothing was bad in this trip. If I were to do it again, I will do only the one palace and the fortress.

I would like to say big thank you for all staff from CapCoree. This trip was easily the trip of a lifetime for me and my daughter. The quality of the information provided was excellent. We have done a lot of travelling but the adventures on this trip were beyond our expectations! We could not be more pleased with every component of our adventure. Our agent was clearly working behind the scenes throughout our trip to ensure that we were safe, well and taken care of, and she/him organised our family into perfect accommodations for us. They took everything we told them during our planning stages and applied it to their trip framework, allowing us to get all we were hoping for out of our trip to Korea and MORE!
The best parts:
Everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful time! This was our first trip to South Korea. The CapCoree rep who escorted us from the airport to our lodging in Seoul was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although we had no emergencies that we could not handle on our own, it was nice knowing that we could call him if necessary. We visited Seoul, Suwon, Gyeongju, Busan, Jeonju and Gunsan. Laura and Sami of CapCoree did a wonderful job of setting up the itinerary, with stops at specific sites that we requested and additional information about each destination.
The best parts:
The thoughtful lodging choices that Evaneos made for us put us right in the heart of where the action was, within easy access to public transportation. This was greatly appreciated.
The worst parts:
Some of the information about transportation and location of attractions was inaccurate, vague enough to make it difficult or impossible to find, in French or in Korean. Having maps for the attractions in English would have been very helpful. DMZ information listing the correct hotel start point, dress code, and the necessity to have your passport with you would have been helpful. There was enough transport information in the Roadbook that we often needed to refer to both books to get from point A to point B. Perhaps one book with all of the information would be more helpful. Alternatively, having all of the transportation information in one book would also work.
