Agonda is a long white sandy beach south of the State of Goa, not far from the famous Palolem. Perfect for relaxing!

My suggestion:
Unless you hire a motorbike, it's best to avoid travelling in the State of Goa because, even if they seem short on the map, journeys between two beaches often need two connections.
Summary:

If you continue on to Agonda during your trip to India, you need to spend at least three days there because the journey there from Panjim (bus terminal) ou Margao (railway station)
is lengthy and tedious.

Agonda is for those who want to relax, bathe, learn yoga or meditate. The beaches of Southern Goa are less crowded and hectic than those in the North. Sometimes you can even see cows on Agonda's beaches!

I had a bungalow not far from the sea, south of the Sainte-Anne church, and I was able to savour meat and grilled fish in beach huts.

It's best to stay in a bungalow in Agonda
