Day 1: Arrival in Bilbao

Day 2: Visit Of Bilbao 

After breakfast, you will go for a guided city walking tour. You will walk along the history of the city while you explore its buildings, churches and palaces. To conclude the tour, you will visit the Guggenheim Contemporary Art Museum. After the tour, lunch at a Michelin-starred restaurant. In the afternoon, free time to rest, keep exploring the city at your own pace. In the evening, you will experience once of the most typical leisure activities in this region: “pintxos” tour. Pintxos is how locals call “tapas” in this area, and counters of all bars are full of an assortment of these little delicacies.

Day 3: Transfer from Bilbao To San Sebastian

After breakfast, transfer to the rental car office to collect your car. Today, drive to San Sebastian. You will drive through the picturesque fishing villages and some of the most beautiful spots of the Basque coast. You will stop in Getaria, where you will visit a winery of Txacoli, the local white wine produced with grapes grown where mountains merge with the sea. You will stop for lunch in one of the fishing villages, where you will be able to taste the freshest and finest fish in our country. If there was some special interest in trying Etxebarri restaurant, one of the top 50 restaurants in the world, or Elkano restaurant, Michelin-starred restaurant, it could also be arranged this day. Upon arrival in San Sebastian, hotel check-in. Free time to start exploring the city at your own pace. Do not miss the sunset in La Concha Beach. Walk along the seaside promenade and reach the Comb of the Wind by Chillida.

Day 4: Discovery Of San Sebastian Restaurants

Today morning, you are going to have a unique experience: guided tour of La Bretxa Market and cooking workshop with a professional chef. Of course, for lunch you will taste your own creation. In the afternoon, private guided tour of the old part of the city. You are in the town with more Michelin stars in Spain and one of the cities in the world with the highest number of Michelin stars per square metre. Day 5: La Rioja Wine Region

Today in the morning, you will drive to La Rioja wine region, the most renowned Spanish wine worldwide. Here, our guide will take you for a walk through large areas of vineyards, visit some of the most emblematic wineries, as well as, of course, do some wine tasting. Apart from this, you will visit the medieval village of Laguardia and have lunch in a traditional grill house there. You can’t miss meat grilled with vine shoots. For dinner, if you don’t mind driving 20 kilometres, we recommend that you visit Laurel Street in Logroño, a street full of tapas bars. Here you can have one of the greatest tapas experiences in our country.

Day 6: Transfer From La Rioja To Albarracin

After breakfast, you will start driving to Albarracin, which is considered the most beautiful village in Spain and one of the most romantic towns in the world. On the way, you will make a halt for a very special experience. You will get to know the production process of probably the most popular Spanish food worldwide: cured ham. You will visit one of the ham curing houses in Teruel, the oldest Spanish cured ham Protected Designation of Origin by the EU. Upon arrival, check in a charming boutique hotel. Lunch in a traditional restaurant where you will taste the traditional Aragonese lamb. In the afternoon, guided tour of the village of Albarracin.

Day 7: Exploring Cuenca City 

Today you will head towards Cuenca. On the way, you will stop to explore The Enchanted City. This natural place, located in a canyon that is almost 1,500 metres above sea level, is characterised by its curious rocky formations, sculpted over the centuries by ice, wind and water. All this has modelled stone figures that look like humans, object and animals that spark visitors' imagination. Upon arrival in Cuenca, check in the hotel. Lunch in a restaurant where you will be able to taste the most traditional recipes in our country.

In the afternoon, guided tour of the city. Cuenca is home to an exceptional architectural heritage, and for this reason, the city was declared world Heritage Site by UNESCO. Its historic centre looks out over rocky canyon walls in the heart of the Cuenca Mountains. The cathedral, Casas Colgadas (Hanging Houses) and cobbled streets are just some of the charms of this city.
