Orang Asli is a collective term (which means original people in Malay) for some 18 ethnic groups of less than 150,000 in total who are widely regarded as comprising peninsular Malaysia's original inhabitants. It is estimated that the first community of Orang Asli, migrated from Yunan approximately 5000 year ago, and it is believed they settled in the southern tip of Peninsula Malaysia, where is now the State of Johor. The first stop during the trip, will be at the Orang Asli Museum, which opened in 1987, in order to preserve the History and conserve the cultural heritage of the Orang Asli. The museum has in display many artifacts from each tribe.

After the visit to the museum, continue the trip to the nearby Orang Asli village.
