Day 1: Pick up your Rental Car at the Airport

Upon arrival at the Aimé Césare airport, a rental car will be at your disposal, allowing to move freely and comfortably around the island.

You will drop off the vehicle at the airport on your departure.

Day 2: Relaxing hike around the Caravelle Peninsula

The long Caravelle Peninsula is a natural reserve nestling in the Regional Natural Park and reaches the Atlantic Ocean.

The untouched scenery is one of the most beautiful aspects of Martinique. 

History enthusiasts will want to visit the ruins of the Château Dubuc and dig around its dark history from the contraband to the slave trade.

​The narrow hidden path, pushing deep into the dense mangrove will fascinate environmentally aware nature lovers. 

Anse l’Etang is a spectacular beach, ideal for a refreshing dive into the waves!

You can surf after lunch upon request.

Day 3: Exploring Saint-Pierre

Stroll along the pretty town of Saint-Pierre and its Quartier Fromager, nestling in the heights of the borough and owing its name to the mythic old trees "Fromager“.

Continue to Fort Saint-Pierre at the Maison Coloniale de Santé: the first psychiatric hospital of the French Antilles.

After a short snack break, proceed to the distillery Depaz via the rue Monte-au-Ciel, where you will finish with a tasty lunch.

Day 4: Sailing Trip on a Skiff along Le Prêcheur

Cruise along the stunning coast of Le Prêcheur. On board, our ecotourism guide will entertain you with sailor tales and many other interesting anecdotes about the sea and the island.

Enjoy lunch in a restaurant serving French and West Indian specialties.

Day 5: Dolce Far niente at the Beach

Sit back and relax on one of the idyllic beaches near your hotel and treat yourself with a tranquil morning.

Then savour an authentic lunch with locals and taste the spicy Creole dishes, its flavours and aromas fully embody the Caribbean lifestyle.

To start with, taste a typical Creole Punch Planteur, one of the symbols of the French Antilles before having your typical main dish.

Day 6: Easy Hike through the Savane

Hike along Anse Trabaud in the South of the island. The palm-lined hiking path leads through the desert-like moonscape of the Savane des Pétrifications: a natural wonder in the midst of a dense lush tropical vegetation.

Head to the Petites and Grandes Salines containing white-sand beaches and deep blue calm waters: the ideal spot for a dive into the waves! 

A lunch rest is planned on the way.

Day 7: Martinique on Land and Water

Bring your picnic and stroll along the breathtaking beach from Grand Anses d’Arlet to Taupiniére.

From there you will go aboard and navigate around the Grande baie du Diamant.

Enjoy the stunning view of the famous rock of Le Diamant and the mountain Morne Larcher, both symbols of Martinique.

Day 8: End of your Journey
