The first stop is in the centre of Interpretation Istmo Carlos Ameghino, where you will learn about the fauna, flora and geology of the Peninsula. We will also go the viewpoint where you can observe the Golfo Nuevo, San José and the Island of Birds. The next stop will be in the little town Puerto Pirámides where, depending on the period of the year, you will be able to do whale watching.

It is a unique experience: observing the whale in its natural habitat, from theboats, counting on whaling guides, biologists, excellent equipment of filmmaking and natural photography.

The whales arrive at the coasts of the “Golfo Nuevo” and “San Jose” because of the tranquility of their waters. In these golfs some of the important stages of their lives take place: to couple, to give birth and to raise its calves. The time of gestation, is approximately between 11 and12 months.

Our route begins by bordering the coast, guided by our specialized and bilingual personnel; they will talk about the exclusive ecosystems of the coast and the sea.

We will continue sailing, until we meet the whales. While we are watching them, the boat switches off the motors to let the silence rule, only interrupted by the sounds of the sea and the occasional birds. In this scene the whales appear next to the boat and we manage to coexist in harmony in the same habitat and at the time that they decide.
